###    How do I prepare a sample when I am looking for a PTM like phosphorylation, acetylation etc.?  expand\_more  

For this type of project we generally do a 3 enzyme approach. We will digest with 3 different enzymes to ensure overlapping coverage. We ask the user to run three lanes of the protein of interest and send us all three lanes in one tube. You will need to read and email us the form below.

We accept both Harvard and non-Harvard samples. All users should call us at 617-495-4043 or email at <proteomics@fas.harvard.edu> to discuss your project, preparation and to get a quote. We cannot begin work on any sample until we have an official copy of your Purchase Order.
